Research

Researchers interested in studying the various aspects of family health history can use our tool to collect the information from the subjects they are studying. Areas of potential research may include:

• Effectiveness of patient-based family health history collection

• Patients’ adherence to prevention guidelines and subsequent health improvement after a completing a family health history assessment. 

• Family health history disease risk stratification for multiple diseases across large and diverse populations

• Determining inheritance risk of a specific disease or condition

• Cost and life savings analysis resulting from early determination of inherited disease risks and ensuing preventative treatment
